All rentals must be accompanied with a form of ID (ID card or passport) and credit card information. Neither a driver’s license nor copies will be accepted.

Payment must be made in full before taking the equipment.

Equipment lost or stolen is to be replaced by renter at 80% of current retail value of the product according to the South African kite brand distributor. Details can be found on the distributor website.

The renter is responsible for any damage made to equipment and is liable to cover all reparation costs.

No re-imbursements or refunds due to poor weather conditions shall be granted.

Rental equipment must be returned before 19:00 on the return date.
