SNORKELING AROUND CAPE TOWN
Discover the underwaterworld of Cape Town
You have probably hiked Lionshead or Table Mountain, maybe bested the waves at the kite beach. But have you seen how Cape Town looks under water?

From orca's and penguin's to sea stars and sea anemone's. You name it and you can find it in the ocean surrounding Cape Town.

THE SNORKELING TOUR
How does a day look like?
In summer, most days are windy. That means that the ocean is rough. This brings sand and dust into the water and the visibility is low.
On the days without wind, the ocean calms down and reveals itself. Meaning, the swell decreases, sand and dust will settle and the visibility increases.

This is the moment when Erin will take you out for a snorkel. Her knowledge about the sea and her inside-information will take you to the most breath-taking locations around the Cape.

The snorkel places are mostly found between Simon's Town and Millers Point. A 45 min drive away from Blouberg.

What about Sharks?
The places where you swim are protected by kelp, spotting a great white shark is extremely rare, they are not interested in humans. You will occasionally find a sand shark (bottom feeder).
